What’s Your Perspective?

Happy Sunday guys. It’s been a while. I’ll just get right to talking about what I’ve got today and not annoy you with long talk. Let’s get to reading then, shall we??

There’s always been disagreement when it comes to perspective. Whether the glass is half full or it’s half empty. Perspective always seems like an issue that creates a certain variance in our ideologies.

The issue of perspective brings raises the question of who checks an authority; who counsels the counselor? Who ministers to the minister?

It’s easy to just discard the argument and think that the Holy Spirit ministers to all of us. Now that’s very true. In fact that’s the truest truth you’ll have to come to terms with. However the Holy Spirit ministers to us in diverse ways.

The thing is, we’ve all been anointed into ministry, into service. We’ve been mandated to spend our lives by giving it out. And so the stories we have, the emotions we go through, the friends we have and the decisions we make all go a long way to influence the kind of people we turn out to be.

Quite frankly, when the minister goes through a “down” time, his perspective changes. If he’s always on the “high” every single time, he becomes a distant person who has no idea what a person is going through.

What I’m trying to say here is that, the things we go through and the people we meet are all part of a very, really great story. They’re all part of the process that’s meant to transform us. Our reaction to these are what confirm our progress or otherwise.

The more you level up, the harder it seems to get but you need to understand that you won’t be allowed to go through anything that is above your ability. You have God’s word and guess what, He’s exalted His word above Himself.

We no reach this far just to come and give up…

Every single time you’re going through a struggle or a setback, all you need to do is just to change your perspective. You can view it as a setback and wallow in it all day long, or you can see it as a learning period to try and get your act together and then you can make notes.

Whatever the issue is, whether you’ve managed to break your virginity or you’re wallowing in a particular place you never imagined yourself to be, notice how humbling the experience is?

Learn from it. Make notes. Take pointers. Don’t let the struggle take centre stage. The better option is only a perspective change away. All you need to do is to switch it up a bit.

So whatever it is you’re going through, all you need to make it better is to change your perspective and trust me when you’re ministering to someone, you’ll be able to relate better.

When some of us speak about certain issues, it’s not because we know too much. It’s just because we’ve been through what we’re talking about so we know how it feels and how it looks like front the perspective you’re viewing the situation from. Nothing more.

So what’s it going to be fam?

Thanks for making it thus far. Bless a life today. Let’s meet in the comment section then, shall we?
